The Gardens at Park Balboa is a facility that provides both general assisted living services and specialized services for Alzheimer’s and all the other forms of Dementia. For residents who enjoy socializing, there are indoor and outdoor common areas available for residents to gather together. Each apartment has private tubs, which are large in size to make them easy for all residents to use. Residents who are concerned with their appearance can visit the onsite beautician. Residents can also bring pets with them to the facility, though only dogs and cats are allowed. In addition, residents must have proper approval from management at the facility before they bring any pets with them. There are a large number of onsite activities for residents to take part in, including social, educational, and physical (for those who can still take advantage of physical activities).
